Here is the list of ingredients you need:
• ⅓ cup raw cashews (soaked overnight, drained and rinsed)
• 1 can coconut milk
• 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
• 2 tsp salt
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ⅓ cup cornstarch
• 2-3 Tbsps lemon juice
• 2 cups water
• ¾ cup roasted red peppers (or pimentos or a fresh red pepper)
• 1 lb cooked whole grain macaroni

Place all ingredients except macaroni in a blender and blend approximately one minute until sauce is completely smooth.

Pour mixture into saucepan and heat on medium high until cheese thickens, stirring constantly.

When the sauce is thickened, mix with cooked macaroni.
