Pulled pork is very popular for making sandwiches. The Bible tells us clearly not to eat pork.
Now you can make this vegan pulled BBQ sandwich (without the pork) with oyster mushrooms which are rich in antioxidants.
This is also great for those who are in a transition from meat eating to eating vegetarian or vegan diet.
This is another recipe from Carin Lynch (Southern Made Simple). You will learn from Carin how to saute with water without the use of oil.
